As a published fine art dance photographer, I have spent the past decade specializing in conceptual imagery of dancers across professional companies, university programs, and competitive levels spanning all ages
Every photo in the gallery below was captured during my 30-minute mini sessions at dance schools all over Ontario.
This season, I'm offering two mini session options.
PACKAGE 1
15 MINUTE SESSIONS
Each dancer will get 15 minutes of individual shooting time on set and will include 03 fully edited photos in both colour and black and white.
$113 per session
PACKAGE 2
30 MINUTE SESSIONS
Each dancer will get a 30 minute individual session on set and will include 08 fully edited photos in both colour and black and white.
$226 per session

I am a huge believer in the value of each dancer, no matter their age or technical background, contribute their own perspective and energy to our photographic storytelling. It's not just about creating beautiful photos. It's about dancers growing as artists.
FAQ
Wardrobe options included
Your dancers will have access to some long flowing skirts of differing colours and other items of clothing and props.
booking process made easy
Your school will be sent a private booking page solely for your mini sessions.
You will be able to send the link to your chosen families.
Each family will book their session, pay and receive an information pack explaining exactly what will happen before, during and after the shoot.
The info pack will cover everything from when to turn up, to make up and clothing ideas. I even have posing guides to share.
How many dancers can be in each session?
Whether dancers choose a 15 minute or a 30 minute package. There will only be one dancer allowed on set per session.
Feel free to book family members or friends back to back if they want duet shots together.
How to choose which package for my school?
The private online booking page will be set up in 15 minute increments.
If you allow it I am happy for dancers to book two spots for a 30 minute session. (they will then get 8 images included)
If you believe you will have too much interest or have limited studio availability you can limit each dancer to one 15 minute spot each.
Can the photos be used for our marketing?
Absolutely! All photos taken during the mini session can be used for your social media and marketing printing needs for your school!

The shoot went really well this morning! I've worked with a lot of photographers and Steve is a total pro! He knew his dance terms and was really great with my dancer. I think he really liked her as they had a great back and forth going.
JULY 2026
Steve is top notch.
He gets it!
He knows dancers. Their bodies, their comforts....
He was excited working with her, he made her comfortable and was very articulate with how to work with the light.
AUG 2026
He cheered her on, and he pushed her to do some improv movement while he shot her and OMG the photos are gorgeous!!
Most importantly she was so pleased, so happy...so thrilled with her own responses and photoshoot performances.
She said in the car "I'm so pleased with how they went, I really like how Steve made me move - I can't wait to get my photos!"
